Upgrade your Remington 20ga 870 with this Choate Machine & Tool Adjustable Stock Kit, designed specifically for hunting and heavy-recoil use. This adjustable stock allows you to configure a compact shotgun for easier storage while offering a fully adjustable length of pull from 13 3/4” to 16 3/4” for a customized fit.

Furthermore; this side folding stock fits the 870 20 ga and the pump action rifles like the 7615. It lets you have a compact shotgun/rifle for easy storage and the option of adjustable length of pull. The folding housing, hinge, and hinge pin are made of steel. The telescoping stock is our versatile stock with heavy duty tube designed to take the recoil of 3 1/2 inch 12 ga. Length of pull is from 13 3/4 to 16 3/4 inches. Comes with forend.

It should be noted; some of the early 20ga Remington 870 shotguns were made on the 12ga frame so parts for the lightweight 20ga 870 will not fit. To determine if you gun is built on the 12ga frame remove your magazine cap and see if a 12ga shell will fit into your magazine tube. If the rim of the 12ga shell will not fit then your 870 is built on the lightweight frame, if it does fit your 870 is built on the 12ga frame. If your shotgun is built on the 12ga receiver then you will need parts for the 12ga 870.

This stock is built for durability, the housing, hinge, and hinge pin are constructed from steel, while the folding components feature a 4140 steel hinge and a fiberglass-reinforced polymer bracket. In addition; this heavy-duty telescoping tube is engineered to withstand the recoil of 3½″ 20-gauge shells. This kit includes the required minimum-length spool forend, recoil pad, and sling swivel loops.
