Designed for rifle applications, this stainless-steel barrel combines the versatility of the Contender platform with the performance characteristics of the 6.5 Grendel cartridge.
The barrel features a stainless-steel construction with a glass bead finish, providing a durable and practical exterior. The barrel uses a 1:8 twist rate, making it well suited to a variety of 6.5mm Grendel projectile weights. Its 0.810-inch barrel contour provides a substantial profile appropriate for a rifle configuration.
This barrel is equipped with a TSOB (Thompson/Center Scope Base) mounting system, providing a convenient foundation for mounting an appropriate optic. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24 and includes a thread protector, allowing the muzzle threads to remain protected when a muzzle device is not installed.
