When your order ships you will get a tracking email and message through Email notifications. (***note**** This notification Email will be sent to your email on file / provided at the time of the order is placed with ThreeOaksTactical.com.) If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder. All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer with a valid license. (No Exceptions). Processing for your order does not begin until after payment and FFL (if required) have both been received. Once payment and FFL has been received your order processing can begin within 24hrs – 96hrs.

Return Policy
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items used, altered or not in original packaging.
- All ammunition sales are final.
- Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork. (Examples are Suppressors, SBR’s, SBS’s, AOW, ETC.)
You may return: New unopened non firearm items, Within 15 days from the date of delivery
- If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs.
Returning Firearms
Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours.
If you purchase a firearm through one or our listings and you have not transferred the firearm into your name (completed 4473)
Then you may return: New unused firearms, within 7 days from the date of delivery (Signature required acceptance will be used as the date of receipt). If the return is due to your mistake or you just decided to change your mind; you may, at your cost, ship the firearm back to Three Oaks Tactical.
Return Authorization
If we choose to issue a return authorization, you will receive a full refund less a restocking fee of up 20% and cost of return shipping.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs if it has not been transferred via 4473.
If the item is defective after the 4473 then we will work with you and the manufacturer to help start the warranty claim process.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If we issue a refund, note that we will not write a refund check for any of the following reasons.
You used a prepaid Visa, MasterCard, etc.. gift card for the purchase, refund will be issued to that prepaid card.
The card you used has expired, been stolen etc, you have canceled that card and no longer have it, a refund will be issued to that card. The credit card company will refund your account or mail you a check.
These measures are in place because someone before you took advantage and filed chargebacks after getting a check. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

ANSWER: Yes. All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL holder. All shipments will be shipped to the address on their FFL, adult signature required. NOTE: We will not ship to a Curio and Relic FFL holder.
ANSWER: All shipments are insured. If your shipment is lost. Our company file a insurance claim and will issue you a refund. All orders over $200 in value will be shipped with a signature required.
ANSWER: We ship all firearms using FedEx and UPS.
We use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail for any order other firearms or ammunition.
We use FedEx Ground for ammunition.
Our company has no control over shippers or acts of God. Shipping times are dictated by the shippers and their agents.
- Customer agrees that it will not hold Three Oaks Tactical accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by circumstances over which Three Oaks Tactical has no control, such as weather, customs, traffic, and union strikes. Shipment and delivery dates are estimates, and in no case shall Three Oaks Tactical or it’s employees be liable for any consequential or special damages. arising from any delay in delivery.
ANSWER: No. We do not warranty any items. All used items are sold “as is” and have no warranty associated with them either expressed or implied. A new item will come with the manufacturer’s warranty. The buyer will be responsible for working with the manufacture to have the item repaired or replaced. Please ask about the manufacturer’s’ warranty before purchasing an item. Three Oaks Tactical may decide to assist a customer by providing the customer with the manufacturer’ contact information.
